Once we understand your brief, we tap our network of verified manufacturers and suppliers across Vietnam and China to find the best options for you. We’re looking at product quality, pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities and shipping feasibility — all on your behalf.

We place the order and handle everything

Once you confirm, we place the order with the manufacturer and manage the entire fulfilment process — production updates, quality checks before dispatch, freight booking, customs documentation and final delivery coordination to your address.

You’ll have a single point of contact throughout and we’ll keep you updated at every key stage. When your equipment arrives, we’ll follow up to make sure everything is as expected.

Our sourcing consultation is free for new clients. We make our margin on the product pricing — meaning you still pay less than going direct because of our supplier relationships and buying power. We’ll always show you transparent pricing before you commit to anything.
This varies by product and manufacturer. We specifically work with suppliers who are flexible on MOQs for small businesses — so we can often accommodate smaller orders that other sourcing agents wouldn’t take on. Tell us what you need and we’ll find the right fit.
Yes — on most product categories we can arrange samples before you commit to a bulk order. Sample costs and lead times vary, but this is always an option we’d recommend for higher-value items like pilates reformers or branded apparel. Just let us know when you submit your brief.
Sea freight from Vietnam or China typically takes 2–5 weeks to most destinations depending on the port. Air freight is faster (5–10 days) but significantly more expensive — usually only practical for smaller, high-value items. We’ll give you accurate shipping estimates when we present your sourcing options.
We handle the export documentation and freight logistics from our end. Import duties and customs clearance at your destination country are typically the buyer’s responsibility — but we’ll advise on what to expect and connect you with a local customs broker if needed. We include duty estimates in our landed cost calculations.
We conduct pre-shipment quality checks on every order and only work with suppliers we’ve personally vetted. In the rare event that goods arrive damaged or don’t match the agreed specification, we work with the supplier to resolve the issue — whether that’s a replacement, credit or refund. We stand behind the orders we place.
Absolutely. Our product categories page covers our core focus areas but we regularly source outside of these for clients with specific requirements. If it’s fitness-related and manufactured in Vietnam or China, there’s a good chance we can find it. Just describe what you need and we’ll let you know.
Yes — particularly for apparel, accessories and smaller equipment items. Custom branding (logo, colours, packaging) is available on most product categories above certain minimum quantities.
